1本目 カーヴ・サン・ヴェルニ シャルドネ 2018 2,200円 ＋ 税
白金台に出来た新しいワインショップ、アムルースさんで購入。
ミネラルウォーターで有名なフランス・オーヴェルニュ産のワインです。
冷涼な気候をもつ最近注目のエリアですね。
おお、これは美味しいシャルドネです。
厚みのある果肉にきれいな酸、たっぷりのミネラル感。
奥に蜂蜜のニュアンスも隠れています。
変な添加物も入ってないな、これ絶対。
いいワインを見つけましたね。
2本目 カーヴ・サン・ヴェルニ ピノ・ノワール 2018 2,200円 ＋ 税
うんうん、このピノも素晴らしい。
ちょっとまだ硬い感じがしますが、この繊細なピノの風味はとても良いです。
果実味と酸のバランスがいいのかな、冷涼系だけどしっかりとした味わい。
ブルゴーニュだったら、この値段はあり得ないでしょう。
ラベルも斬新ですね。
やるなあ。

1st Cave Saint Verny Chardonnay 2018 2200 yen + tax I bought this one at Amourouse, a new wine shop in Shirokanedai.
It is made from 100% Chardonnay grown in Auvergne France, where is a highly regarded wine area recently.
It is a very delicious Chardonnay.
I felt dense fruits, clear citrus and fine minerals.
Then I found a hidden nice honey flavor.
The taste is very pure and natural.
Very good!
2nd Cave Saint Verny Pinot Noir 2018 2200 yen + tax The Pinot Noir is very good, too.
It is a little bit too young but very elegant.
The style is very cool and delicate.
It has so many goodness of Pinot Noir.
Especially, the balance of fruits and acidity is very, very good.
The price is super reasonable, I think.
