緊急事態宣言が解除された日曜日。
近所に新しくできた公園「薬師池西園」に行ってきました。
コロナの影響で人出はまだ少なめ。
まだお店も休業中ですが、カフェ・レストランとかイベントハウスとかお洒落な建物が目を引きます。
うーん、町田じゃないみたい。
なんだか星野リゾートみたいですね。
景色のよい芝生の展望広場、深い森など、想像していたよりずうっとリゾートっぽい雰囲気で驚きました。
せっかくなので、となりの薬師池公園に足をのばして薬師堂にお参り。
なんだか久しぶりの開放感。とても気持ちの良い散策でした。
さて、今日はお料理当番。

今日のシーフードグラタンは、とても良い出来栄えでした。

1本目 アル・エ・ディレ ピノ・グリージョ 2018 1,480円 ＋税 新入荷
この新入荷を飲むのは早くも3回目。
いや、飲めば飲むほど、違いが判ります。
このエレガントなフルーツと研ぎ澄まされたミネラル感は、このクラスのワインの味ではありません。
高いワインの味がします。
いや、本当に美味しいです。

このピノ・ノワールも高い味がします。
もう、これ飲んじゃうと高いピノ・ノワールはいらないんじゃないかな？
いや、そんなことはなくて高いピノ・ノワールもお金があれば飲みたいけど、でも、これ美味しいです。
何度も言いますが、ワタシがピノ・ノワールにあって欲しい味わいが全て揃っていて、ピノ・ノワールにあって欲しくない味わいが皆無です。
新発売の「初夏のプレミアム・ペログビセット」に今日のこの2本が入っています。
他のワインもとても良いし、ぜひお勧めします。

It was the first Sunday after the state emergency was lifted.
I went to Yakusi-ike West Park, which is a new park near my home.
I was surprised at seeing stylish café, shop and event hall, etc.
The didn’t open yet because of the state emergency.
I am looking forward to the opening.
I walked around the park.
There are open spaces, forests and farms, etc.
I enjoyed the walking very much.
Then I moved Yakushi-ike Temple next the park.
I prayed the covid-19 disappearance.
After I came home, I cooked dinner.

1st al & dile Pinot Grigio 2018 1480 yen + tax New arrivals It was the third time I had tasted this one after the new arrivals.
I was sure again and again that it was super outstanding white wine.
I love this excellent fruits taste and fabulously fine minerals.
I felt the taste of very expensive wine.
Delicious!
2nd al & dile Pinot Nero 2018 1480 yen + tax New arrivals I also felt the taste of very expensive Burgundy Pinot Noir.
I thought I need not any very fine Burgundy Pinot Noir any more.
I love the marvelously elegant fruits and outstandingly comfortable mouthfeel.
I think you must try this one.
