少し暑さが和らぎました。
秋の気配を少しずつ感じるようになって来ましたね。
1本目 ブシャール P&F マコン リュニィ サンピエール 2017 2,300円
好評発売中の「良いワインばかり入っているペログビセット」で購入しました。
今回はクール便対応の10本セットで、10,000円（税別）なのでこのファインワインも1本1,000円で買ったことになります。
お買い得感が強いです。
さて、慌てないでください。
まず、はじめとても硬くて、香り・味わいとも開きません。
でも10分くらい経って果実味が爆発。
爽快な酸、切れるようなミネラル感も良いブルゴーニュのシャルドネならではです。
美味しいです。さすがブシャール、良いワインですね。
早めに抜栓するか、デカンタージュもお勧めです。
2本目 シャトー フォングラーヴ ルージュ 2015 1,410円
これも「良いワインばかり入っているペログビセット」に入っていました。
ブルゴーニュの白を飲んでからボルドーの赤を飲むという正統派的な飲み方を家でするのは滅多にないかもです。
これ、ワタシの長年の友人フランソワが、ガロンヌ河上流域のサンマケール地区で造っている正統派ボルドー。
自然農法で栽培したメルローを主体にカベルネフランをブレンドしています。
上品なブーケ、優雅な果実味、シルクのようになめらかなタンニン。
よく出来たボルドーワインの素晴らしさが、まさにここにあります。
この2015年は彼にとってもグレート・ヴィンテージとのこと。
うん、すごく納得。
このセット、本当に良いワインばかり入っているな、といつものように自画自賛。

It is getting cooler than before.
I feel a slight hint of autumn.
1st Bouchard P&F Macon-Lugny Saint-Pierre 2017 2300 yen
I bought this fine Burgundy white wine by my internet wine set.
The set has 10 bottles of wine and the price is 10,000 yen.
It means that I bought this fine Burgundy with only 1,000 yen!
It’s so reasonable.
Anyway, at first, the wine didn’t open.
I didn’t feel any aroma and flavor.
However, after 10 minutes passed, I started feeling flowery aroma, rich fruits, nice acidity and fine minerals.
I was sure that it was a very fine Burgundy Chardonnay.
Great!
2nd Chateau Fongrave Rouge 2015 1410 yen
I bought it by my internet wine set, too.
I don’t drink so often Burgundy white and Bordeaux red together at home.
Francois, my old friend, produces the fine Bordeaux at Saint-Macaire.
It is made from 90% Merlot and 10% Cabernet Franc grown by natural farming.
I felt a very elegant bouquet, gracious fruits, silky tannin and comfortable after taste.
It is a very orthodox style Bordeaux rouge.
Francois said the vintage 2015 was one of the best vintage in his life.
I agree with him very much!
