大型連休もあと2日。
ワタシは風邪が抜けません。
1本目 ドメーヌ ペッシュ プイエ シャルドネ 2016 1,500円
ラングドック・ミネルヴォワ産のシャルドネです。
かなり厚みのあるフルーツ感。ミネラル感もたっぷり。
酸は比較的おだやかです。
なるほど、南のシャルドネです。
飲みごたえあり。
2本目 クロード ヴィアラード ルジュール エ ラニュイ 2017 サンプル試飲
赤はラングドック・コルビエールから届いたサンプル試飲。
樹齢30年のカリニャン100％で仕込まれています。
おお！これは濃いです。
といっても、重たく濃いのではなくて、赤い果実の酸が幾重にも重なる濃さです。
ラズベリーをお砂糖なしで煮詰めるとこんな感じかも。
うーん、ワタシは好きですが、これは好みが分かれるでしょうね。
酸味に弱い方には無理でしょうね。

1st Domaine Pech Pouille Chardonnay 2016 1500 yen
It is made from 100% Chardonnay grown in Minervois Languedoc.
I felt very rich fruits and fine minerals.
The acidity is moderate.
It is a typical style of the Chardonnay in south.
Tasty!
2nd Claude Vialade Le Jour et La Nuit 2017 Sample tasting
The red is a sample tasting.
It made from 100% Carignan picked up from the vines 30 years old in Languedoc.
It was a so concentrated red wine.
I felt tremendously deep-dense red berries.
It has very strong acidity.
I like this style but I suppose somebody doesn’t like this acidity.
I like this one.
