庭のカベルネが、いい感じに色づいてきました。
4つある房のうち1房を摘果。
試しに食べてみたら結構おいしい。
青い粒はすっぱいですが不味くはありません。
へえー、楽しみ。
１本目 マルサン葡萄酒 甲州 百 2017 1,520円
6月に初入荷したときに比べて、グレープフルーツを思わせる果肉の厚みが増しているように思われます。
しっかりとした酸とミネラル感も感じます。
澄んだきれいな味わいは変わらず。勝沼にありがちな漬物の匂いは皆無です。
これ、いい甲州です。コスパは笑っちゃうくらい抜群。

2本目 奥出雲ワイン カベルネソーヴィニヨン 2016
2年前にワイナリーを訪問したときに買った貴重なストックを抜きました。
なんというエレガントなカベルネなんでしょう。
色はピノノワールみたく淡く、味わいも繊細。
でも、しっかりとカベルネソーヴィニヨンのエレガンスがはっきりと現れます。
濃厚なワインがお好きな人には、ちょっと物足りなさがあるかもしれませんが、ワタシにはちょうどよい按配。
いや、おいしい、おいしい、おいしい、おいしい。
生産本数818本とあります。
わー、少くねー！ もったいなかったかな？ でもちょうど飲み頃だったかも。

The Cabernet Sauvignon in my garden got coloring well.
I picked one cluster and tasted it.
It was not so bad.
I am looking forward to maturing the future.
1st Marusan Winery Koshu Hyaku 2017 1520 yen
I felt very dense citrus like a grape fruits.
I also felt nice acidity and minerals.
It is a very clean and crispy style of Koshu.
It is a very fine Koshu with super reasonable price.
It sells very well now.
2nd Okuizumo Winery Cabernet Sauvignon 2016
I bought this at the winery two years ago.
It is a very small product, only 818 bottles.
What an elegant Cabernet Sauvignon is this!
It is a light body red wine but never dilute.
I felt very charming red berries like a Pinot Noir.
I also felt very well-balanced tannin and minerals.
Tasty! Tasty!
