今夜は、ホームアローンお留守番のためワインは1本だけにします。
1本目 パンゴリン シャルドネ 2017 920円
ワタシ、ワインは必ず白（またはロゼ）からでなければ飲めません。
いきなり赤だとむせてしまいます。
なので、一本だけとなると必然白かロゼになるのですが、赤の役割も果たしてくれるしっかりとした白ワインが必要です。
これは、その条件を満たす白ワイン。
しっかりとした飲み応えのある果肉の厚いボディ感。
酸とミネラル感もしっかりとしていて、変な樽っぽさもないキレイな飲み口。
これ選んで正解でした。

I must drink a white wine or a rose wine at first.
If I start from red wine, I should choke over.
Then I have to choose a white wine or a rose wine when I can drink only bottle.
But I want some red wine nuance with the only of bottle of the white (rose) wine.
That’s why I chose this.
I felt concentrated rich fruits, nice acidity and good minerals.
It was a full-bodied style of white wine.
Very good choice!
