お昼に新横浜でうな重を頂きました。
噂にたがわぬ、とても、とても美味しい鰻でした。
フワっとしていて、じゅわーっと旨味が口いっぱいに広がります。
鰻って美味しいですね。
1本目 マルキドボーラン ソーヴィニョン・ブラン 2021 980円
今夜も家飲みワインの一本目は、マルキドボーランのソーヴィニョン・ブラン。
きれいな果実味、しっかりとした酸とミネラル感。
ピュアで雑味の無い、いつもの美味しさ。
いいぞ！
2本目 マルキドボーラン ロゼ 2021 980円
新入荷のロゼも、家飲みワインの定番になりました。
やさしい果実味、イチゴを思わせる赤いベリー系の酸、心地良いミネラル感。
1000円クラスで、このクオリティーのロゼは貴重だと思われます。

I had a Unaju at lunch time in Shin-Yokohama.
The reputations are true, it was a very, very delicious eel.
It is fluffy and the umami spreads in your mouth.
Unaju is very delicious.
1st Marquis de Beau Rond Sauvignon Blanc 2021 980 yen
Tonight’s first bottle of wine at home was Sauvignon Blanc from Marquis de Beau Rond, as well.
I felt clean fruits taste, firm acid and minerality.
It is always pure, bad tasteless, and delicious.

2nd Marquis de Beau Rond Rose 2021 980 yen
The newly arrived rose has also become a staple of home wine.
I felt gentle fruits taste, red berry acid reminiscent of strawberries, pleasant minerality.
In the 1000 yen class, this quality rose seems to be valuable.
