フランスにも北アフリカからの大熱波が襲来しているそうです。
普通は真夏でも30℃にならないパリで、なんと40℃超えだそうです。
本日のお刺し身。

1本目 アンコーラ ピノ・グリージョ 2020 1,000円
ワタシが“奇跡の千円ワイン”と呼ぶイタリア・ロンバルディア産の白ワイン。
とにかくピュア感とバランス感が素晴らしい。
透き通った果実味に、酸とミネラル感がバッチリ絡みます。
上品なワインです。
これで1,000円は驚きですよ。
2本目 アラルディカ ピエモンテ バルベーラ 2019 1,120円
イタリア・ピエモンテ産のバルベーラ100％で仕込まれた赤ワイン。
凝縮した果実味とバルベーラ種の特徴の綺麗に伸びる赤い酸。
これまた抜群のコストパフォーマンス。
ミツバチマークのSQNPI認証を取得したサステイナブルワインです。

1st Ancola Pinot Grigio 2020 1000 yen
I call this one “Miracle 1000 yen wine”.
It is made from 100% Pinot Grigio grown in Lombardia.
I felt outstandingly nice fruits, fine citrus and good minerals.
It is a really pure and well-balanced white wine.
The taste was really elegant.
I can’t believe that the price is only 1000 yen.
2nd Araldica Piemonte Barbera 2019 1120 yen
It is made from 100% Barbera grown in Piemonte Italy.
I felt dense fruits and clear red acidity which is the character of Barbera.
The mouthfeel was very elegant.
I think this one has a big cost performance, too.
It is a sustainable wine certificated by SQNPI.
