咳と微熱があったので雪の中病院に行ったら、インフルエンザＢ型との診断を受けました。
今週土曜日27日まで、自宅蟄居を申し渡されました。
今週のすべての予定はキャンセルです。

We had a lot of snow in Tokyo.
Because I had coughs and a fever, I went to a hospital in the snow.
The doctor told me you caught the flu.
He said I had to keep staying at home in this week.
I canceled my entire schedule in this week.
I am sorry for causing my trouble.
