1月も後半に入りました。
予想した通りのスピード展開です。
1本目 ドメーヌ デュ ノゼ サンセール 2016 2,700円
ノゼは本当にいい造り手です。
キレのあるソーヴィニヨンのシトラス系の酸とミネラル感の奥に、高級ロワールならではの上品な蜜の味が隠れています。
これ、熟成させるともっと蜂蜜が出てくるのでしょうね。
超美味しい！
2本目 シャトー フォングラーヴ ボルドールージュ 2013 1,420円
ソーテルヌの対岸、サンマケールでワタシの長年の友人、フランソワが造るボルドーです。
ブドウの栽培から醸造まで、彼がほとんど一人でやってます。
ただのAOCボルドーとは、とても思えない気合いを感じます。
メルロー主体ですが、この2013年はストラクチャーのしっかりとした骨太なスタイル。
偉大なポーヤックのセカンドワインと間違えそうです。
抜群のコストパフォーマンスだと思います。

January has been in second half.
Times gone so fast.
1st Domaine du Nozay Sancerre 2016. 2700 yen
I am sure again that Nozay is an outstandingly fine winery.
I felt very fine citrus, acidity and minerals.
I also felt elegant honey nuance behind all of the taste.
I think this bottle has a big potential of long mature.
Very tasty!
2nd Chateau Fongrave Bordeaux Rouge 2013. 1420 yen
It is made in Bordeaux St.-Macaire from mainly Merlot by Francois Brouaird, who is an old friend of mine.
This rouge is kind of his hand craft wine.
I can’t believe it is only Bordeaux AOC.
I felt a very big structure and deep-elegant fruits.
If it was blind tasting, I would say it is some second wine of Pauillac Gran Cru.
It has an outstandingly big cost performance.
So good!
