本日のワイン
アンコーラ ピノ・グリージョ ロゼ 2024 1,470円
サーモンの色にあわせてイタリア・ロンバルディア産のロゼワインを開けました。
ピノ・グリージョ90％に、ピノ・ノワールが10％ブレンドされています。
早摘みのイチゴやラズベリーを思わせるチャーミングな赤い果実の風味があふれ出ます。
セイボリーな辛口ワインですが、口に含むと心地良い甘いフレーバーも感じます。
あ、セイボリーて言葉、初めて使っちゃいました。最近よく耳にする言葉です。
元々の意味は甘くない軽食、サンドイッチやキッシュなどを指す言葉らしい。
ワインの表現では、フルーティーなワインに対して、食事向けのドライなワインという意味で使われることが多いみたい。
具体的には、スパイス、ミネラル、香草、ナッツ、キノコといったような風味。
「このワイン、果実味だけじゃなくて、ちゃんとセイボリーな感じがいいですね。」
なんてふうに、使うみたい。
なんか、いやらしい言葉ですね。。。

Ancora Pinot Grigio Rose 2024 1,470 yen
I opened a rose wine from Lombardy, Italy to match the color of the salmon.
It is made from 90% Pinot Grigio and 10% Pinot Noir.
It has charming red fruits flavors reminiscent of early-harvested strawberries and raspberries.
It is a savory dry wine, but it also has a pleasant sweet flavor when you put it in your mouth.
Oh, this is the first time I’ve used the word savory. It’s a word I’ve heard a lot lately.
The original meaning seems to be a non-sweet snack, and it seems to refer to sandwiches and quiches.
In the expression of wine, it seems that it is often used to mean dry wine for meals as opposed to fruity wine.
Specifically, flavors are such as spices, minerals, herbs, nuts, and mushrooms.
“This wine is not only fruity, but also has a savory feel.”
It seems like it’s being used in such a way.
