2月になりました。
午前中、寸胴いっぱいに、けんちん汁を仕込みました。一晩寝かせて、明日からぼちぼち頂きます。
今日の料理
真鯛と鯵の刺身
湯豆腐
チキン、玉子、ブロッコリー、カボチャ、ミニトマト、キウイ、リンゴのサラダ
明太子スパゲッティ
統一感にかける料理ですが、まずまずおいしかったです。

マルキドボーラン ソーヴィニヨン・ブラン 2024 1,080円
今日みたく、どの料理に合わせたワインを選んだら良いか、焦点が定まらない時に便利なのがマルキドボーランです。
特にソーヴィニヨン・ブランは、どんな料理にもそれなりに相性が良い名脇役のようなワインです。
さて今宵は満月。
２月の満月は、英語で”Snow Moon” というそうですね。
部屋の窓から月を観ながら、ピュアでフレッシュな白ワインを楽しみました。
