箱根駅伝をテレビ観戦。
お正月のお決まりです。
今年は我が母校、早稲田が大健闘。
最後の最後で、青山学院に逆転されましたが、往路2位は上出来ですね。
智子さんも、一緒に応援。。
長年一緒に応援してきたので、理解できていたみたいで、しっかり目を開けてテレビを一時間ほど観ていました。
今日の料理
チキン、エビ、アヴォカド、ブロッコリー、ミニトマト、キウイ、リンゴのサラダ
明太子のパスタ
パスタはリングイネ。太麺もちもちで明太子ソースに良く絡んで美味しかったです。
本日のワイン
ラ・クロワ・グラシオ ロゼ 2021 2,250円
今年最初のリラックスワインは、ラングドックのロゼワインです。
明太子のソースの色合わせでロゼを開けました。
地中海に面したブドウ畑で、無農薬栽培されたカベルネ・ソーヴィニヨンとシラーのブレンドです。
チャーミングな果実味と酸、キラキラとしたミネラル感。
美味しい、美味しいロゼワインでした。

I watched the Hakone Ekiden on TV.
It is a New Year’s annual event.
This year, my alma mater, Waseda, is a big fight.
At the very end, it was reversed by Aoyama Gakuin, but the second place on the outbound route is good.
Tomoko also cheered for Waseda.
We had been cheering together for many years, so she seemed to understand it, so she watched TV for about an hour with her eyes open.

Salad with Chicken, Shrimp, Avocado, Broccoli, Cherry-tomatoes, Kiwi and Apples
Mentaiko Pasta
The pasta is linguine. The thick noodles were chewy and well mixed with the mentaiko sauce and were delicious.

La Croix Gratiot Rosé 2021 2,250 yen
The first Relax Wine of the year is a rose wine from Languedoc.
I opened the rose with the color of the cod roe sauce.
It is a blend of Cabernet Sauvignon and Syrah, grown without pesticides, in the estate vineyard facing the Mediterranean Sea.
I felt charming fruits flavor, acidity, and sparkling minerality.
It was a delicious, delicious rose wine.
