本日、先月故障した冷蔵庫の入れ替えを行いました。
先週、新しい冷蔵庫を買った時、お店の人から「クレーン搬入だと納品に1カ月くらいかかるかもしれない」と脅かされていたのですが、幸い一週間待たずに納品してもらえました。
冷蔵庫は我が家の階段を上がらないので、前回もクレーンで吊り上げでベランダから運びました。
結構、大掛かりな作業だた思うのですが、3名の職人さんがテキパキとさばいて、わずが20分ほどで入れ替えが完了しました。
すごい、プロフェッショナルですね。
冷蔵庫のない生活は、とても不便でした。
冷蔵庫って便利なものなんですね。

涼しくなったので冷奴をやめて、湯豆腐にしました。
久しぶりの湯豆腐、美味しかった。
本日のワイン
マルキドボーラン ソーヴィニヨン・ブラン 2023 1,080円
いつものワインです。
キレのある果実味、綺麗に伸びる酸、豊かなミネラル感。
フレッシュでピュアな口当たり。
実に満足度の高いデイリーワインです。

We replaced a broken refrigerator today.
When I bought a new refrigerator last week, the store staff threatened me that it might take about a month to deliver if I brought in the crane, but fortunately I was able to be delivered it without waiting a week.
The refrigerator does not go up the stairs of my house, so it was lifted from the balcony with a crane last time.
I think it was quite a large work, but three craftsmen handled it quickly, and the replacement was completed in about 20 minutes.
Wow, professional!
Living without a refrigerator was very inconvenient.
Refrigerators are a convenient thing.

It got cooler, so I stopped eating cold tofu and made it into yudofu.
Yudofu was delicious after a long time.

It’s the usual wine.
I felt sharp fruits flavor, beautifully stretched acidity, rich minerality.
It has a very fresh and pure mouthfeel.
It is a very satisfying daily wine.
