午後、突然凄まじい雨が降ってきました。
今まで見たこともなような激しい雨です。
幸い、私の住むあたりはすぐに小ぶりになりましたが、場所によっては長く振ったところもあるようです。
お見舞い申し上げます。
今日の料理
枝豆
マグロの刺し身
ゴーヤとツナのサラダ
こぼれシラスの冷奴
ポテトグラタン
小エビ、生ハム、モッツァレラ、ブロッコリー、シャインマスカット、ミニトマト、リンゴのサラダ
麻婆豆腐
お刺身以外の料理は、冷蔵庫の中にあった残り物と買い置きの材料で作りました。
今日も作りすぎました。
本日のワイン
ラ・クロワ・グラシオ ロゼ 2021 2,250円
地中海の近くの自家葡萄園で有機栽培をしたカベルネ・ソーヴィニヨンとシラーで仕込まれたロゼワイン。
私は、このロゼワインが大好きです。
さまざまのフルーツを思い起こす果実の風味、弾ける赤い果実の酸、心地の良いミネラル感。
ラングドックのロゼワインの素晴らしさが全部詰まっているように思えます。
うーん、本当においしいなあ。

In the afternoon, it suddenly rained heavily.

Dishes other than sashimi were made with leftovers from the refrigerator and stocked ingredients.

Today’s Wine
La Croix Gratiot Rose 2021 2,250 yen
It is a rose wine made from Cabernet Sauvignon and Syrah grown organically in the estate vineyard near the Mediterranean Sea.
I love this rose wine.
It has the fruits flavor reminds me of a variety of fruits, the acidity of the red fruits that pops, and the pleasant minerality.
It seems to pack all the wonders of Languedoc’s rose wines.
Hmm, it’s really delicious.
