今日からお盆の夏休みという方も多いのではないでしょうか。
家事と介護には、夏休みがない私です。
とりあえず仕事は、控えめにいきましょう。
今日の料理
枝豆
カツオのたたき中華風
生ハム、モッツァレラ、ブロッコリー、オクラ、ミニトマト、キウイ、リンゴのサラダ
オージービーフ サーロインステーキ マスタードソース
スーパーで特売の安いお肉を買ったら、筋があって固かった。
でもよく噛んで食べたら美味しかったです。
本日のワイン
パラッツィ ネロ・ダーヴォラ 2022 1,250円
先月イタリア・シチリアから到着した新ロットの抜き取り試飲です。
これは現行在庫と同じヴィンテージ。
ラズベリーを思わせる赤い果実の風味と、プルーンを思わせる黒い果実の風味が、バランスよく現れます。
品種特有の微かな苦味がアクセント。
サラリとした軽快な後味が心地よいです。
シチリアの赤ワインは美味しいですね。
ステーキと良く合いました。

Aussie Beef Steak with Mustard Sauce
As I bought cheap meat at the supermarket, it was streaky and hard.
But it was delicious when I chewed it well.
Today’s Wine
Palazzi Nero d’Avola 2022 1,250 yen
This is a sample tasting of a new lot that arrived from Sicily, Italy last month.
This is the same vintage as the current stock.
I felt the flavor of red fruits, reminiscent of raspberries, and the flavors of black fruits, reminiscent of prunes, appear in a well-balanced manner.
It has an accent by the slight bitterness unique to the variety.
The smooth and light aftertaste is pleasant.
This Sicilian red wine is delicious.
It went well with today’s steak.
