厚い雲に覆われた1日。
時折りざーっと激しい雨が断続的に降り続きます。
でも気温は30度に届きません。
35度超えの猛暑日よりは、まだマシですね。

枝豆
水菜、ブロッコリー、シラスのサラダ
キハダマグロの刺身
王将の餃子
午後から仕事で外出していたので、料理は手抜き。
でも王将の餃子はうまい。
本日のワイン
ベルデュスッド シャルドネ 2023
裏ラベル不良の在庫をいっぱい買い取ったので、高い頻度で飲んでいます。
とても美味しいので文句はありません。
というか、輸入原価で買ったのでむしろありがたいですね。
しっかりとした果実味、きれいな酸と心地よいミネラル感。
邪魔な味が一切ないピュアな口あたり。
マグロのお刺身はもちろん、餃子にもよくあいました。

It was a day covered with thick clouds.
Occasional heavy rain continued to fall intermittently.
But the temperature does not reach 30 degrees.
It’s still better than a hot day over 35 degrees Celsius.

I was out for work in the afternoon, so I didn’t cook much.
But Osho ‘s dumplings were good.

Belle du Sud Chardonnay 2023
I’ve bought a lot of stock with defective back labels, so I’m drinking it more often.
I have no complaints because it is very tasty.
Or rather, I bought it at import cost, so I’m rather grateful.
I felt firm fruits taste, clean acidity and pleasant minerality.
I also felt a pure mouthfeel with no disturbing tastes at all.
It went well with sashimi as well as dumplings.
