庭の梅の木に、キジバトが巣をつくりました。
だいぶ前にも、同じ木に巣作りをした事がありましたが、その時は玉子を落としてしまいヒナはかえりませんでした。
今回は、どうでしょうか。

地鶏の香草焼き マッシュポテト添え
今日の地鶏は岩手産のフランス種。
美味しかったです。
本日のワイン
トゥルクハイム クレマン ダルザス NV 2,500円
アルザス産のスパークリングワインです。
サステナブル農法で栽培したピノ・ブランとピノ・オーセロワを瓶内二次発酵方式で仕込んでいます。
ピノ・オーセロワって聞きなれないブドウ品種ですが、ピノ・ノワールの自然変異種で、中世ヨーロッパでアルザスから東欧にかけて栽培されてきたようです。
特にアルザスでは、クレマンのブレンド用によく使われています。
品種の特性は、青リンゴのような爽やかな香り。
たしかに栓を抜いた瞬間に、早摘みリンゴをスパッと切ったようなアロマが広がります。
口当たりは透明感のあるピュアな味わい。
酸とミネラル感もほどよく調和しています。
良いワインだと思います。

It is a sparkling wine from Alsace.
Pinot Blanc and Pinot Auxerrois grown by sustainable farming are prepared by the Traditional Method in the bottle.
Pinot Auxerrois is an unfamiliar grape variety, but it is a natural variant of Pinot Noir and seems to have been cultivated in medieval Europe from Alsace to Eastern Europe.
Especially in Alsace, it is often used for cremant blending.
The characteristic of the variety is a refreshing aroma like green apple.
Indeed, the moment I opened it, the aroma spreads like a quick-picked apple.
The mouthfeel is transparent and pure.
The acidity and minerality are also in good harmony.
I think it’s a good wine.
