年に一度の健康診断を受けました。
もうバリウムを飲むのはイヤだと思って、人生初めての胃カメラによる内視鏡検査を受けました。
不安がありましたが思ったより楽でした。
ちょっとの我慢で終わりました。
その場でドクターから、「まず問題ないでしょう。」と言ってもらえて一安心。
何よりも検査後のお腹の不快感が、全くなくて爽やかです。
もっと早く内視鏡に切り替えておけば、よかったなあ。
夕食は4日ぶりのワインに合わせて手巻き寿司、ご褒美です。
本マグロ、カツオ、真鯵、天然ヒラメ、ヤリイカ、サーモン、ホタルイカ、ツナマヨ、キュウリ
真鯵とヒラメは相模湾で獲れた地魚です。
やっぱり違います。凄く美味しい。
本日のワイン
ラ・クロワ・グラシオ ピクプール・ド・ピネ 2023 2,000円
4日ぶりのワインは迷わずこのラングドックの白ワイン。
お寿司に合わせて、これ以上のワインを私は知りません。
新鮮な果実味、美しい酸と、研ぎ澄まされたようなミネラル感。
透明感のあるピュアな口当たりの奥に、上等なワインだけがもつ優雅なフィネスを感じます。
うーん、やっぱりワインは美味しいなあ。
たまにワインを3日も抜いてみたら、ワインの素晴らしさを再確認しました。
はい、毎日ダラダラ飲んでるだけではダメですね。

I had an annual medical checkup.
I didn’t want to take Valium anymore, so I had an endoscopy with a gastroscope for the first time in my life.
I was worried, but it was easier than I expected.
It took a little patience and it was over.
I was relieved to hear the doctor say on the spot, “There will be no problem.”
Above all, there is no discomfort in the stomach after the examination, which is refreshing.
I wish I had switched to an endoscope sooner.
Dinner is Temaki-Sushi with wine for the first time in 4 days, and it is a reward.
Hon-Maguro, Katsuo, Aji, Hirame, Yari-Ika, Salmon, Firefly-squid, Tuna-mayo, Cucumber
Aji and Hirame are ground fish caught in Sagami Bay.
After all, it is different. It’s really delicious.

La Croix Gratiot Picpoul de Pinet 2023 2,000 yen
The first wine in 4 days was this white wine from Languedoc without hesitation.
I don’t know of a better wine than this one to go with the sushi.
I felt fresh fruits, beautiful acidity, and a minerality that feels like it has been honed.
Behind the transparent and pure mouthfeel, you can feel the elegant finesse that only high-quality wines have.
Well, the wine is delicious after all.
Once in a while, I skipped wine for three days, and it reaffirmed how wonderful the wine is.
Yes, I shouldn’t just drink wine every day.
