ラザニアのトマトソースは、昨日の夜仕込みました。
上出来です。
1本目 アラルディカ ピエモンテ コルテーゼ 2022 1,180円
イタリア・ピエモンテ産のSQNPI認証をもつサステナブルワイン。
ガヴィの原料ブドウとして知られるコルテーゼ100%で造られたフレッシュな白ワインです。
新鮮な果実の風味、キレのある酸とミネラル感。
ピュアで自然な味わいは、リラックスワインの典型的なスタイルです。
美味しいです。
2本目 アラルディカ ピエモンテ バルベーラ 2022 1,180円
赤もイタリア・ピエモンテ産のSQNPI認証をもつサステナブルワインです。
地元品種のバルベーラ100%で仕込まれています。
赤い果実味、しっかりとした酸とまろやかな渋み。
チャーミングでサラリとした口あたりは、ブルゴーニュの赤ワインを思わせます。
今日のラザニアにぴったりでした。

It is a sustainable wine from Piemont, Italy with SQNPI certification.
It is a fresh white wine made from 100% Cortese, which is known as the grape of Gavi.
I felt fresh fruits flavor, sharp acidity and minerality.
Pure and natural flavors are typical of the style of Relax Wine.
It’s delicious.
2nd Araldica Piemont Barbera 2022 1,180 yen
The red is also a sustainable wine from Piedmont, Italy, with SQNPI certification.
It is made from 100% Barbera.
I felt red fruits flavor, firm acid and mellow tannin.
The charming and smooth mouthfeel is reminiscent of Burgundy red wine.
It was perfect for today’s lasagna.
