明日の大型台風襲来に備えて、午前中早めに近所のスーパーマーケットに買い物に出かけたら、びっくりするくらい店内が混みあっていました。
考えることは皆、同じですね。
今日の料理。
枝豆
地中海風チラシ寿司
このお寿司、簡単に出来て、豪華な感じで美味しくて、助かっています。
1本目 ベルクール ソーヴィニヨン・ブラン 2022 1,300円
南フランス産のソーヴィニヨン・ブラン。
柑橘系の鋭角な酸と、カチンとしたミネラル感。
爽快なワインです。
2本目 マルキドボーラン・ロゼ 2022 1,050円
赤い果実味と、きれいな酸、梅酒を思わせる甘酸っぱいニュアンスも感じます。
ピュアで、とてもチャーミングな味わい。
1本目のソーヴィニヨン・ブランと対照的な優しいワインです。

This sushi is easy to cook, luxurious and delicious, and it is helpful.
1st Bellecourt Sauvignon Blanc 2022 1,300 yen
It is a white wine made from Sauvignon Blanc grown in Languedoc.
I felt sharp citrus acidity and a crisp minerality.
It is an invigorating wine.
2nd Marquis de Beau Rond Rose 2022 1,050 yen
I felt the red fruits flavor, the beautiful acidity, and the sweet and sour nuances reminiscent of plum wine.
It has a pure, very charming taste.
It is a gentle wine that contrasts with the first Sauvignon Blanc.
