どんちっち鯵の刺身
島根県浜田市の友人が送ってくれた名産の鯵です。
抜群に美味しい！
生ハム、アボカド、プチトマト、ブロッコリー、チーズ、キウイのサラダ
チーズハンバーグ
ハンバーグは休肝日の定番料理ですが、今日はワインと一緒にいただきました。
私のハンバーグは実はすごく美味しいです。
ほとんどネタを、こねないのがポイント。
こねる代わりに一晩寝かせます。
1本目 ノストラーダ マカベオ ムスカ 2022 1,080円
スペイン内陸部のカスティーリャ産の白ワイン。
すっきり透き通った果実味に、メリハリのある酸が印象的。
今日みたいに蒸し暑い日に、ありがたいワインです。
2本目 マルキドボーラン カベルネ・ソーヴィニヨン 2022 1,050円
今日も飲みます。マルキドボーランのカベルネ・ソーヴィニヨン。
文句なしに美味しい。

Cheese Hamburger Steak
Hamburger steak is a standard dish on No Wine Day, but today I had it with wine.
My hamburger steak is actually very tasty.
The point is not to knead most of the material.
Let it sit overnight instead of kneading.

It is a white wine from Castile in inland Spain.
The clear fruit flavor and crisp acid are impressive.
It’s a great wine on a hot and humid day like today.
2nd Marquis de Beau Rond Cabernet Sauvignon 2022 1,050 yen
I drank this one again today.
It is a Cabernet Sauvignon from the Marquis de Beau Rond.
Delicious without complaint.
In terms of a diary, it’s boring.
