町田のトラットリア・ダイで夕食。
このイタリアンも、ワタシのお気に入りのお店です。
本日のおすすめ、寒鰆とカブのカルパッチョ。
これ、もの凄く美味しい！
ワインは、こちらのお店限定のスペインワイン。
シャルドネとシャレロのブレンドで造られた極めて透明感の強いピュアな味わい。
このワインも凄く美味しいです。
イカのフリット
マッシュルーム
グラスで北イタリアのカベルネ・ソーヴィニヨンとカベルネ・フランのブレンドの赤ワインもいただきました。
これも美味しかったです。
ムール貝と、ムール貝の煮汁のパスタ
ピッツァ・マルゲリータ
どのお皿も抜群に美味しいです。
昨日に続いて、美味しいワインと美味しいお料理。
ごちそうさまでした！

I had a dinner at Trattoria Dai in Machida.
This Italian restaurant is also my favorite one.
Today’s recommendation was a carpaccio with cold tuna and turnips.
So delicious!
I chose a bottle of Spanish white, which is a private wine to this shop.
It is made from Chardonnay and Xarel-lo, it has an extremely transparent and pure taste.
This wine was also very delicious.

I also had a red wine of a blend of Cabernet Sauvignon and Cabernet Franc from Northern Italy by the glass.
This was also delicious.

All the dishes were outstandingly delicious.
Following on from yesterday, delicious wine and delicious food.
