本日、健康診断を受けました。
いつもながらバリウムって、本当に不味いですね。
今日のお料理。
本マグロ、アヴォカド、長芋のタルタル
イチゴ、生ハム、プチトマトのサラダ
鹿児島黒豚ヒレ肉とリンゴのソテー
リンゴは紅玉、実が固く酸がしっかり。
ソテー向き、美味しいです。
１本目 バロンドボーラン 白 2021 880円
4日ぶりのワインです。
リラックスワインの中で、一番価格の安いラングドックの白ワイン。
久しぶりの白ワイン、最初にフルーツ感たっぷりのアロマに驚きました。
3日ワインを抜いたため、感覚が鋭くなっているようです。
豊かな果実味、バランスの良い酸とミネラル感。
リラックスワインならではのピュアな口当たり。
ああ、やっぱりワインはとても美味しいです。
2本目 リラックスワイン ボジョレー・ヌーヴォー 2023 3,500円
赤ワインは、ボジョレー・ヌーヴォー。
もうとっくに売り切れいますが、これからがボジョレー・ヌーヴォーの飲み頃。
酒質が落ち着いて、ゆったりとした赤い果実味の風味が心地よいです。
ヒレ肉とリンゴのソテーの、赤ワインベースのブルーベリーソースに、ピタッとはまりました。
ああ、やっぱりワインは美味しいですねー。

I felt rich fruits taste, well-balanced acidity and minerality.

The red wine is Beaujolais Nouveau.
