かれこれ、3か月も猛暑に耐えてきたんですね。
今日のお料理。

今日のお肉は北海道の十勝牛。
赤身が主体のとても美味しいお肉です。
1本目 マルキドボーラン ソーヴィニヨン・ブラン 2021 980円
わが家で何を抜こうか、迷ったらこれ。
果実味、酸、ミネラル感他、全ての味わいが申し分ありません。
ピュアで自然な口当たり。お値段リーズナブル。
完璧。
2本目 オーダシア プレミアム レッド ブレンド NV サンプル試飲
オーダシアは南アフリカ・ステレンボッシュ産の亜硫酸無添加ワイン。
ワタシが、このワインの輸入のお手伝いをしています。
醸造時、亜硫酸を添加する代わりに南アフリカ特産のハニーブッシュとルイボスの抗酸化作用を利用しています。
このプレミアム レッド ブレンドは新商品。
メルローとシラーのブレンドだそうです。
口に含むと新鮮なブドウの風味が爆発。実にピュアでエレガント。
まるで生のフルーツを頬張るような味わいです。
ブドウのオリジナルの風味を損なわないように、丁寧に、丁寧にワイン造りを行っているんでしょうね。
アルコール度数も13％と低めです。
これは、美味しい！ 実に、美味しい！

It is a very delicious meat mainly lean meat.

The fruitiness, acid, minerality and everything else are perfect.
Pure and natural mouthfeel. Reasonable price.

2nd Audacia Premium Red Blend NV Sample Tasting
Audacia is a sulfite-free wine from Stellenbosch, South Africa.
I am supporting to import this wine.
Instead of adding sulfur when fermenting, it uses the antioxidant properties of South Africa’s signature Honey Bush and Rooibos.
This premium red blend is new arrivals.
It is a blend of Merlot and Syrah.
When you put it in your mouth, the flavor of fresh grapes explodes.
Pure and elegant.
It tastes like raw fruits.
I guess they make the wine carefully and carefully so as not to spoil the original flavor of the grapes.
The alcohol content is also low at 13%.
This is delicious! Indeed, delicious!
