今日は焼肉。
奮発して専門店で購入した黒毛和牛の赤身。
やっぱり黒毛和牛は美味しいですねー。
1本目 ベルクール シャルドネ 2021 1,280円
現在のベルクールのシャルドネは、フランス現地でのブルゴーニュ型ボトルの供給不足の影響を受けて、ボルドー型ボトルを使用するしかありませんでした。
やっぱり、なんとなく、ピンと来ませんが仕方がありません。
味わいは、ピュアな果実味がいっぱいの優れもの。
美味しいです。
次回のロットはブルゴーニュ型ボトルで出荷する予定です。しばらく我慢です。
2本目 ベルクール ピノ・ノワール 2021 1,280円
ピノ・ノワールもボルドー型ボトル。
シャルドネより、更にいけてない感じですね。
一昨年から始まったガラス瓶の逼迫は、ウクライナの大手ガラス工場の閉鎖の影響だそうです。
心が痛みます。
味は美味しいんですよ。赤いベリーの果実味が弾け、綺麗な酸が口いっぱいに広がります。
でも、なんか、いまいちワクワクしませんね。
ピノ・ノワールも次回の入荷からブルゴーニュ型ボトルに戻る予定です。

I had a Yakiniku BBQ dinner at home.
I ate Wagyu beef.

1st Bellecourt Chardonnay 2021 1280 yen
The bottle shape has changed to Bordeaux style.
Because Burgundy shape bottle run short in France, I had to use the Bordeaux bottle for this Chardonnay.
Looks is not good for me even though the taste is very nice as usual.
The bottle shape will be back to Burgundy shape from the next shipping.

Also, the bottle shape has changed to Bordeaux shape
Looks is worse than Chardonnay.
The bottle shortage is due to the big glass manufacture in Ukraine.
They had to stop their operation.
I am so sorry about it.
Even though the taste is very nice, I couldn’t enjoy tasting this one.
Fortunately, the bottle shape will be back to Burgundy shape from the next shipping, too.
