外部講師を務めるホテルオークラ ワインアカデミーのマスタークラスで、南フランスワインのセミナーを担当。
昨年の2月以来の久しぶりの講師を務めました。
タワー41階にある教室は、抜群の眺望。

日が暮れると、この夜景。
今回は、しっかりと準備をしてセミナーに臨みました。
幸い、受講者の皆さんは、しっかりとお話を聞いて下さいました。
テイスティングに合わせて提供されたニース風サラダ。
来週、再来週もこちらで講師を務めます。

No Wine Day

I was in charge of a wine seminar at Hotel Okura Wine Academy.
I lectured about Languedoc and Provence wine.
The class room is located at 41F Hotel Okura Tower.
I saw a beautiful sun-set and night view.
Fortunately, my talk got good reputations.
This green salad was served with the wine tasting.
I will be lecturer at the same class next week and the week after next.
I will do good jobs again.
