今年も兵庫・城崎から松葉ガニが届きました。
生きています。
早速、蒸していただきます。
頑張って捌きました。
美味しいです、とても美味しいです。

サラダもパスタも上出来です。
1本目 奥出雲ワイン シャルドネ 2021 3,200円
松葉ガニと山陰つながりで、奥出雲ワインにしました。
このシャルドネを飲むのは久しぶり。
やっぱり凄く美味しいです。
なんと言っても、この輪郭のはっきりとしたミネラル感は特筆に値します。
果実味と酸のバランスも見事。
松葉ガニとの相性も抜群です。
ああ、贅沢、贅沢。。。
2本目 ふらのワイン アシリ フラヌイ ツバイゲルトレーベ 2021 2,750円
赤は北海道ふらのワインのツバイゲルトにしました。
アシリ フラヌイは、野生酵母で醸造した限定ワイン。
北海道のツバイゲルトは時折、かなり硬質でキーンとした味わいのワインがありますが、これは優しくエレガント。
ゆったりとし果実味、ツバイゲルトとしては穏やかな酸、丸みのある渋み。
松葉ガニの旨味をサラッと流してくれて、食欲をそそります。
いや、美味しい。贅沢、贅沢。。。

I received queen crabs from my friend in Kinosaki.
They were still alive.
I steamed and cooked them.
It became a gorgeous dinner.

1st Okuizumo Wine Chardonnay 2021 3200 yen
It is made from 100% Chardonnay grown in the estate vineyard in Shimane.
The winery is located in the same area with Kinosaki, West Japan Sea area.
I tasted this Chardonnay at the first time in these four years.
I was sure again that it is one of the top class Chardonnay in Japan.
I felt very rich fruits and pure citrus.
Especially, I was so impressed in the beautiful minerals.
It showed me a great marriage with the queen crab today.
2nd Furano Wine Zweigeltrebe Asir Furanui 2021 2750 yen
It is made from 100% Zeeigeltrebe grown in the estate vineyard in Furano Hokkaido.
It is the small private products.
The grapes were fermented by wild yeast and matured in the cask.
Zweigelt made in Hokkaido sometimes become too much solid wine.
However, the style of this one is mild and elegant.
I felt charming red berries, moderate acidity, soft tannin and comfortable mouthfeel.
It was very good for the queen crab today, too.
