本日、daimajoさまの高校生時代のお友達を我が家にお招きして、ランチ会を開きます。
コロナ禍もあり、新しいダイニングテーブルを購入後、我が家にお客様をお招きするのは初めてです。
ワタシが料理を担当します。
前菜は地中海風チラシ寿司
天然真鯛、天然本マグロ、活ホタテ、ミズタコ、生シラス
まずまずの出来栄えです。
メインは、シーフードと舞茸のサンフラングラタン
愛知産ハマグリ、バナメイエビ、ホタテ稚貝、ミズダコ、舞茸、ペンネ
幸い、お料理は好評をいただきました。

チェイス・ザ・グレープ3種類の飲み比べは初めてでした。
それぞれに産地と品種の個性と、どこか共通点もあって興味深かったです。
幸い、ワインも好評でした。

楽しい時間はあっというまに過ぎました。
高校卒業後、うんじゅうねん。
今だからこそ言える、聞ける、楽しいお話がわんさかでした。

I invited several high school friends of daimajo-sama to lunch at my home.
It was the first time I had received guests to my home after I bought a new dining table.
I cooked lunch.

It was the first time I had had a comparative tasting of the three Chase the Grapes.
It was very interesting.
Each wine had the unique character of the terroir and the grape variety.
Also the had some same character.
Small Sweets
It was very nice opportunity.
They talked about a lot of high school old stories.
I was very happy.
