お刺身は全て天然、生。
今日も美味しくいただきました。

ベルウッド ヴィンヤードは、山形県上山市の新々気鋭のワイナリー。
オーナーの鈴木さんは、元朝日町ワインのワインメーカーです。
なるほどだから、ベル（鈴）ウッド（木）なんですね。
これは、山形県鶴岡市産の甲州で仕込まれた辛口の白ワイン。
月山ワインも造っている北限の甲州です。
北のブドウならではの引き締まった酸とミネラル感。
この酸のレベルは山梨の甲州にはありません。
味わいは、きわめてピュアでナチュラル。
しっかりと厚みのあるボディも、甲州の中でトップレベルでしょう。
これ、素晴らしく美味しい甲州です。
2本目 ベルウッド ヴィンヤード コレクション クラシック マスカット・ベーリーA 2020 2,200円
赤のベーリーＡも良いですねえ。
イキイキとした自然なブドウの表情がはっきりと見えます。
継ぎ目のないキメの細やかな舌触り、口の中にいっぱいに広がるキレイな赤い果実の風味。
ピュアでナチュラル、いっさいのオフ・フレーヴァーがありません。
ベーリーＡのいいとこだけを凝縮した味わいです。
素晴らしいと思います。
コレクション クラシックは、赤も白も生産本数 1,200本程度。
見つけたら買い、だと思います。

I cooked dinner, Temaki-Sushi.
All of the fishes were wild and fresh, not sea farm or frozen.
Very good!
1st Bellwood Vineyard Collection Classique Koshu 2020 2200 yen
Bellwood Vineyard is a new winery in Kaminoyama Yamagata.
Mr. Suzuki, the owner & winemaker, used to be the winemaker of Asahimachi Wine.
It is made from 100% Koshu grown in Yamagata.
The Koshu grape in Yamagata is northern limited one of the variety.
I felt sharp acidity, pure fruits and very good minerals.
I think this one has the sharpest acidity in the Koshu wines.
Also, the rich body and elegant mouthfeel is a top class in all of the Koshu wines.
Very good! Very good!
2nd Bellwood Vineyard Collection Classique Muscat Bailey-A 2020 2200 yen
The red wine is very good, too.
It is made from 100% Muscat Bailey-A grown in Kaminoyama.
I could see very fresh and very natural face of the grapes.
I felt seamless tannin, beautiful red berries and very comfortable mouthfeel.
The style is really pure an natural.
I never found any off-flavor.
It is a top class of Muscat Bailey-A wines, I think.
