真冬に逆もどりしたような寒い一日。
最高気温で5度くらい？ そりゃ寒いわ。
お料理は前菜のプレートを担当。
プロシュート、サーモンとホタルイカのマリネ、アヴォカド、プチトマト、チーズ、プルーン、ナッツ
前菜つまみながらダラダラとワイン飲んでたら、いつの間にかお腹がいっぱいになりました。
1本目 チェスコン プロセッコ NV 1,650円
前菜にあわせて今日は泡、プロセッコにしました。
生ハム、チーズ、マリネ、ナッツ、ドライフルーツとかと、スパークリングワインってなんか楽しいです。
キメ細やかな泡、厚みのある豊かな果実味、余韻の長いアフター。
エレガントな良いプロセッコです。
さすが、チェスコン。
2本目 トルチュ・アン・クリーク シラー・ムールヴェドル 2020
昔の名前はトートワーズ・クリーク、ラングドック産のリラックスワイン・オリジナル。
22年以上続くロングセラーです。
ブラックチェリーを思わせる濃厚な果実味、伸びる酸、香草を思わせるスパイスシーなタンニン。
それでいて口当たりの良い、親しみやすさがあります。
長く続くロングセラーには、やはり理由があります。

I cooked a starter plate for dinner.

1st Cescon Prosecco NV 1650 yen
I chose this sparkling wine for the starter plate today.
I like the combination of Prosecco and prosciutto, salmon, tomato, avocado, nuts, plum etc. very much.
I felt elegant babbles, rich fruits, nice acidity and comfortable after taste.
It is a very fine Prosecco.
I know Cescon is always special.
2nd Turtues en Crique Syrah Mourvedre 2020 1100 yen
It is made from Syrah and Mourvedre grown in Languedoc.
It is one of the longest seller wines in Relax Wine.
I have been selling this one for 22 years.
I felt nice blackberries, good acidity, spicy nuance and fine tannins.
The taste is concentrated but elegant and easy to drink.
There are reason why this one is a very long seller.
