今シーズン初めての、庭の草むしり。
雑草との闘いが、今年もまた始まりました。
9時にスタートして約2時間、まだまだ大したことはないと思っていたのですが、
９０Lビニール袋が二つ。
やっぱり、へろへろ。
へろへろでも、お料理当番。手巻き寿司。
ミナミマグロ、石鯛、シマアジ、スルメイカ、ホタルイカ、サーモン、イワシ、ツナマヨ、きゅうり
やっぱり手巻き寿司は最高です。
1本目 キザンワイン 白 2020 1,450円
先日、虎ノ門のカーヴドリラックスで買いました。
おそらく我が国トップクラスの甲州ワイン。で、この価格。
コスパで言えば、ワタシ的には間違いなくダントツ一位。
澄みきったピュアな果実味、エレガントな酸、しっかりとしたミネラル感。
日本古来の甲州種のブドウから、こんなに素敵なワインができるって、なんか凄い。
手巻き寿司には完璧にあいます。
2本目 トゥルクハイム リースリング 2019 1,750 円
今日は2本目も白ワイン。
一本目よりも少し重めのワインと思って、このアルザスのリースリングを選びました。
ピュアで透明な味わいは、キザンの白に通じるところがありますが、
やはりリースリングは甲州に比べて、ボディとコクがしっかりと出ます。
奥行きの深い風味、醸し出されるエレガンス。
やっぱ、リースリングって高貴なブドウ品種だと実感できます。
美味しいですねー。

I weeded my garden in the morning.
It was the first weeding in this season.
I fought the weeds for two hours.
I got two big parasitic bags and tired a lot…
Then I cooked dinner, Temaki-Sushi.
I love Temaki-Sushi!
1st Kizan Wine White 2020 1450 yen
I bought this one at Cave de Relax in Toranomon.
I think this one is one of the best Koshu wines in Japan.
The price is super reasonable.
I think this one has the best cost performance in all of the Koshu wine.
I felt pure fruits, elegant citrus and very fine minerals.
You can taste such excellent wine made from Koshu, which is the ancient Japanese grape.
It was the best match with Temaki-Sushi.
2nd Truckheim Riesling 2019 1750 yen
The second bottle today was a white wine, too.
Because I wanted to taste a bigger style white wine than Koshu, I chose this Alsace Reisling.
I felt pure fruits, elegant acidity and nice minerals as same as the first wine.
This Riesling has more complex flavor and more elegant mouthfeel than Koshu.
I am sure again Riesling is a noble grape variety.
It’s so delicious!
