昨日おろしたメジマグロの残りで、お昼に鉄火丼を作りました。
さっと薄味のヅケにしたマグロにたっぷりの柚子、オリーブオイルが隠し味。
旨い！
1本目 モンターニュ・ノワール シャルドネ 2019 1,100円
ワタシがコンサルタントを務めるインポーター、GRN社のオリジナルワインです。
商品開発を担当したのはワタシ、うふふ。
入荷してから3か月がたって、味わいに落ち着きができたようです。
ピュアな果実味、透き通った酸。
口あたりに心地の良いトロみを感じますが、しっかりとしたミネラル感があって全くべたつきません。
1000円クラスのワインとして、突出したクオリティーではないでしょうか？
いや、美味しい。これ、手前味噌になりますが、かなり美味しいです。
2本目 モンターニュ・ノワール カベルネ・ソーヴィニヨン 2019 1,100円
あれ、2本目いっていいんですか？
いや、これは飲むんじゃなくて品質の確認です。
いや、本当は前のシャルドネがあんまり美味しくて、あっという間に飲んじゃったので。。。
特に daimajoさまが気に入って、スイスイ飲んじゃったんで。。。(^_^;)
で、カベルネも美味しいです。とても美味しいです。
ブルゴーニュ型の瓶に入っているせいか、さらりとしたエレガント系の赤ワイン。
果実味、酸、渋み、濃さのバランスが絶妙。
良い赤ワインです。
品質の確認のはずが、大方飲んでしまっていますね。

1st Montagne Noir Chardonnay 2019 1100 yen
Montagne Noir is the private bland wine of GRN, which is a wine importer.
I am working in GRN as a wine consult.
I am in charge of producing this bland.
It is made from 100% Chardonnay grown in Languedoc.
The quality has been getting better as soon after the new arrival three month ago, I think.
I felt pure fruits and nice acidity.
The mouthfeel is very rich and dense but also cool and elegant because of fine minerals.
I think it has an outstanding quality in this class.

2nd Montagne Noir Cabernet Sauvignon 2019 1100 yen
You must not drink the second wine, do you?
No, it was nit drinking but checking the quality.
Well, as the first Chardonnay was too much tasty, I drank up the bottle very quickly.
Allow me trying the second one a little.
Also, It was a very nice Cabernet Sauvignon.
The style was very cool and elegant.
Every taste showed a very good harmony, which were fruits, acidity, tannin, thickness, etc.
Very tasty!
Even though it was checking the quality, I drank an almost whole bottle….
