横浜でミーティングの帰りにお刺身を買って帰宅。
我が家で今シーズン初の白子が登場。
白子魔王の季節が到来です。
ルバイヤート 甲州ヌーヴォー 2021 1,650円
先おととい、甲府駅の新酒特設売り場で購入しました。
11月3日に解禁の山梨の新酒ワイン。
ワタシの数ある山梨ヌーヴォーの中で、一番好きなワインの一つです。
フレッシュなブドウのアロマ、華やかな果実の風味、しっかりとした酸。
甲州ヌーヴォーに良くあるバナナの香りがアクセントになっています。
昔は甲州ヌーヴォーは、ボディの弱さを補うために甘口仕立てにするのが普通でした。
今では辛口のスタイルで、これだけ上等なワインが出来るようになりました。
隔世の感があります。

Then by the way to home, I bought sashimi at Odakyu Machida.
I had a Shirako at the first time in this season.
Shirako-Maoh!
Rubaiyat Koshu Nouveau 2021 1650 yen
I bought this one at the wine shop in Kofu station three days ago.
It is a nouveau wine made in Yamanashi released 3rd November.
Rubaiyat Nouveau is one of my most favorite Yamanashi nouveaus.
I felt fresh fruits, good acidity and comfortable mouthfeel.
Banana flavor, Yamanashi Nouveau often has, makes a good accent.
All of the styles of Yamanashi Nouveau were sweet wine before.
However, you can find such nice dry white wine recently.
