お昼に昨日の手巻き寿司の残りのお刺身を全部入れた海鮮ラーメンを作りました。
インスタントとは思えぬ美味しさでした。
1本目 アロイス・ヘレラー グリューナー・フェルトリーナー 2019 1,650円
オーストリア産の白ワインです。
これまた透明感の強いキレイなワイン。
澄み切った銘水を思わせる透明感です。
このスッキリ感が最近のワタシとdaimajoさまのツボです。
ただスッキリではなく、しっかりとしたピュアな果実味と酸もあります。
美味しいです。サイズが1リットルなのもうれしいですね。
なんか得した気分です。
2本目 アル・エ・ディレ メルロー 2018 1,650円
2日続けて赤ワインを飲まなかったので、さすがに赤が飲みたくなりました。
10月になっても暑い日が続くので、こってり系はいやですね。
でも、あんまりあっさりもやだな。
で、抜いたのがヴェネトのこれ。
豊かな果実味、きれいな酸、しっかりとしながらもまろやかな渋み。
アルベルトの造るワインに間違いは無し。
やっぱ、赤ワインも美味しいですね。

1st Hollerer Gruner Veltliner 2019 1650 yen
It is made from 100% Gruner Veltliner grown in Weinland Osterreich, Austria.
It is a really clean style white wine.
The taste was truly pure and natural.
It is just my favorite style in these days.
The taste was not only clean but has good fruits, nice acidity and fine minerals.
So tasty!
Also, I was happy that the bottle size was 1 litter.
2nd al & dile Merlot 2018 1650 yen
Because I didn’t taste any red wine in these two days, I want to taste a red wine.
We have been keeping hot days even in October.
I don’t want to taste dark-heavy wine.
I don’t want to too much light wine as well.
Then I chose this Merlot made in Veneto Italy.
It was a perfect wine for me tonight.
I like the good fruits, fine acidity and elegant-rich tannins.
