休肝日
庭のカベルネが熟してきました。
今年はそれなりに手を入れた結果、これまでで一番良い状態です。
一粒つまんでみると、甘いです。たぶん糖度で17～18度くらいでしょうか？
２番成りの房も色づいています。
３番成りは、さすがに無理みたい。
観賞用ですが、ブドウを育てるのは楽しいです。

The clusters of Cabernet Sauvignon in my garden has been maturing.
It is the best year I had ever.
The second cluster has started coloring, too.
The third cluster is difficult, isn’t it?
