おととい爆抜きしたボトルがいっぱい残っているので、今夜はこれらを始末します。
2日前のワインにダメージはありません。
中でも、この ”神戸ワイン ふわり 赤 2013” は、さらに美味しくなっているように思われます。
泡は、ほとんど抜けているのですが、カベルネの優雅なアロマが心地よく、落ち着いたベリー系のフルーツが口いっぱいに広がります。
本当によく出来たワインですね。
これが、ワイナリー最後のヴィンテージというのが残念です。
また、造らないかなあ。
ところでこういう飲み方は、どれくらいの量を飲んだのかがよくわかりません。
結局、今夜も飲み過ぎました。
行方不明にはなりませんでしたが、プチドボン。

There were many bottles left from yesterday.
I tasted them tonight.
All of the bottles had no damage.
They were nice.
Especially, Kobe Wine Fuwari red 2013 was great!
I thought the taste was getting better.
Even though the gas had gone, I felt fine Cabernet Sauvignon aroma and flavor.
The taste is very elegant and natural.
I was sure again it was a very nice wine.
The winery stops making this one anymore.
I am sorry that.
Anyway, it was difficult to know how much wine I tasted by such style drinking.
I drink too much, as well.
