朝の３kmのランニング後、昼過ぎまで庭の草むしり。
一か月もたたないうちに草ぼうぼう。
毎週１回の草むしりでは、追いつきません。
今日はdaimajoさまも出動です。
使用後。
もう本当にへとへと。
昼食後、気を取り直して買い物のあとお料理当番です。
天然真鯛と八朔のカクテル
捌いた真鯛の皮とアラをグリルで焼きました。
エビ、ホタテ、アサリとエリンギのペンネグラタン
今日のお料理は特に上出来。
料理は疲れてる方がいいのかなあ？
１本目 フィリップ・エ・シルヴァン・ラヴィエ サヴォワ アビーム 2019 1,925円
昨日に引き続き、板橋の「わいん酒工房とだや」さんで購入したワインです。
フランス・サヴォワはスイス国境近くの山岳地帯。アルプスの麓です。
小さな造り手が造る白ワイン。
珍しいサヴォワの地ブドウ “ジャケール” 100％で仕込まれています。
ややや、これもきれいなワインです。
透き通る果実味、シャープな柑橘系の酸、飛び切りのミネラル感。
アルプスの山岳氷河由来の土壌が生むミネラル感なんだそうです。
実に透明感の強いピュア＆ナチュラル系の白ワイン。
これも、つぼです。
とだやさんとワタシは、好みがそっくりなのかもですね。
そういえばワタシは、生まれも育ちも板橋です。これって板橋の味？
2本目 トゥルクハイム アルザス ピノ・ノワール T 2016 4,620円
赤も昨日に引き続き、アルザスの高級ピノ・ノワールを抜きました。
草むしり、買い物、お料理と頑張ったご褒美です。
これは、トゥルクハイムの赤のトップキュヴェ。
元々はリースリングのグラン・クリュの畑を、ピノ・ノワールに改植して造られたワインです。
果実味のエレガントな凝縮感がすごい。
このワイナリーもサステイナブルですが、亜硫酸は必要最小限使っているので、昨日のビオと比べるとかなり澄んだ味わいです。
上等なブルゴーニュの北のリューディーを思わせるニュアンス。
ブルゴーニュなら、7,000円～8,000円 クラスの味わいかな？

It was a day off.
After a three km running in the morning. I weeded my garden.
Today, daimao-same weeded the garden, too.
After three hours hard job, we got a lot of grasses.
I was so tired.
Then I cooked dinner.

1st Philippe Ravier Savoie Les Abymes 2019 1925 yen
I bought this white wine at Wineshop Todaya last week, as well.
It is made from 100% Jacquère grown in Savoie France.
Jacquère is a local grape in Sovoie.
I felt clean fruits, pure citrus and beautiful minerals.
They say the fine minerals are appeared by the soil of Alps.
It is a very crisp, clear and stylish white wine.
Todaya-san sells only fine wines!
2nd Turckheim Pinot Noir T 2015 4620 yen
Because I did hard job today, I want to treat myself.
Then I opened this fine Alsace Pinot Noir.
It is the red top cuvee of the winery.
The vineyards used to be planned Grand Cru Riesling.
They switched the grape vines to Pinot Noir about ten years ago.
They got a big success.
It is a very fine Pinot Noir like some fine Burgundy Pinot Noir premier cru.
I think the price is very reasonable.
I got a big success, too.
