昼前に散歩を兼ねて旧白洲次郎・正子邸の武相荘まで歩き、施設内のレストランで昼食。
自粛期間中、外でランチをとるのは久しぶりです。
カレーにしました。
白洲次郎が好きだったというチキンカレーを、当時のレシピをもとに再現しているそうです。
色々なスパイスを使って丁寧に作られた個性的な味わい。
凄く美味しくてびっくりしました。
これクセになりそうです。今度また来よう。
１本目 アンドリュー・ピース ワインメーカーズ・ノート シャルドネ 2020 1,089円（税込）
サウス・ウエスタン・オーストラリア産のシャルドネ。
昨年からワタシがコンサルタントを務めるインポーターＧＲＮ社のヒット商品です。
アンドリュー・ピースは家族経営の生産者としてはオーストラリア最大の規模を誇るワイナリー。
その高いクオリティー、コストパフォーマンスに加えて、サステインブルなワインづくりが高い評価を得ています。
で、このシャルドネ。実にピュアでクリーンなスタイル。
白桃を思わせる豊かなフルーツ感、きれいな酸と心地の良いミネラル感。
1,000円クラスのワインとして、出色のクオリティーだと思います。
これはよく売れるわな。
2本目 アンドリュー・ピース ワインメーカーズ・ノート カベルネ シラーズ 2019 1,089円（税込）
赤はカベルネとシラーズのブレンドです。
ブドウはこの価格帯では珍しい自家ブドウ園での収穫。
畑はすべてＧＰＳで区画管理され、灌漑も必要に応じてコンピューターで自動化されているそうです。
なんかすごいですね。
味わいは密度の高い濃厚な果実味と、まろやかなタンニンがとてもよいバランスで釣り合っています。
結構濃いワインですが口当たりは優しい。
じゃまな味がありません。
変な添加物を使っていないことは明らかですね。
赤も美味しいです。良いワインですね。

I took a walk to Buaiso Museum and had a lunch at their restaurant.
It was the first time I had had a lunch outside the house during the state emergency.
I chose a chicken curry rice.
The recipe was an old gourmet style.
It was amazingly tasty!
1st Andrew Peace Winemakers Notes Chardonnay 2020 1089 yen
Andrew Peace is very popular winery & vineyards in Victoria Australia.
They are one of the biggest winery in Australia as the family owned one.
It is made from 100% Chardonnay grown in the estate vineyards by sustainable method.
I felt rich fruits, elegant citrus and fine minerals.
It has a very high cost performance, I think.
I understand why it sells well.
2nd Andrew Peace Winemakers Notes Cabernet Shiraz 2020 1089 yen
The red is made from Cabernet Sauvignon and Shiraz grown in the estate vineyards by sustainable method, too.
The estate vineyards are cultured by GPS system and irrigated automatically by computer.
Wow!
I felt very concentrated fruits, dense acidity and mild tannin.
The taste is very well-balanced.
The price is super reasonable, too.
Very good!
