今日も上手に出来ました。
1本目 チェスコン カベルネ NV 1,100円 ＋ 税 新入荷
おなじみ、チェスコンから新商品のカベルネが登場しました。
無農薬で栽培したヴェネト産のカベルネ・ソーヴィニヨン50%とカベルネ・フラン50%のブレンドで仕込まれています。
カベルネっていうと、濃厚なフルボディのスタイルを想像するかも知れませが、これは軽やかな冷涼系の赤ワインです。
カベルネらしいカシスを思わせるベリー系のアロマを感じますが、味わいはフレッシュな赤い果実味と綺麗な酸が弾けます。
ピュアでスッキリとした口当たりは、今日のプロシュートはもちろん、生牡蠣にもとても良く合いました。
やっぱりアルベルトのワインは凄く美味しい！
2本目 アルエディレ メルロー 2018 1,650円 ＋ 税
チェスコンの上級キュヴェ、アルエディレからも新商品が登場しました。
自然方法で栽培されたヴェネト産のメルロー100%で仕込まれた赤ワインです。
今年の春に発売された大人気のピノネロに負けない素晴らしいメルローです。
ピュアでありながら複雑な味わい、奥行きの深い果実の風味、綺麗に伸びるエレガントな酸、どこまで心地の良いアフターテイスト。
いや、これは上等なワインです。
個人的には、小売価格で3,000円くらいしても良いと思います。
うーむ、やはりアルベルト、恐るべし。

1st Cescon Cabernet NV 1100 yen + tax New Arrivals
It is a brand-new red wine of Cescon in Veneto.
It is made from 50% Cabernet Sauvignon and 50% Cabernet Franc grown in Veneto by natural farming.
You probably think that it is a dark and heavy style red wine because of the typical character of Cabernet.
However, it is a cool, light and elegant style of Cabernet.
I felt cassis aroma, which is a typical aroma of Cabernet, fresh fruits, clean acidity and easy mouthfeel.
It is a very crispy and pure red wine.
It was very good for prosciutto and oysters.
I was sure again that Cescon produces only very good wine.
2nd Al & Dile Merlot 2018 1650 yen + tax New Arrivals
Also, it is a brand-new red wine of Al & Dile, which is a upper grade brand of Cescon.
It is made from 100% Merlot grown in Veneto by natural farming.
It is an outstandingly fine red wine as same as Al & Dile Pinot Nero, which was released last May.
I felt pure-complex flavor, deep-concentrated fruits, clean-elegant acidity and outstandingly comfortable after taste.
What a delicious Merlot is this!
I can accept the price if it was over 3000 yen.
