近所のオダキューOXで、新鮮なイトヨリと真鯵をゲット。
他にも良さそうなお刺身がいろいろあったので、予定外ですが今夜のメニューを手巻き寿司に変更しました。
イトヨリの中骨と皮目は塩焼きに。
旨い！
お気に入りの魚屋さんまで仕入れに行かずに、手巻き寿司をしたのは初めてかな。
とても美味しかったです。
1本目 アル・エ・ディレ ピノ・グリージョ 2019 1,650円 ＋ 税
白い花びらのようなアロマ、ピュアな果実味とシトラス系の酸、研ぎ澄まされたミネラル感。
白桃を思わせるリッチなフルーツ感もあります。
しっかりとしたボディをミネラル感が支えているので、口当たりは爽快、さわやか。
飲むたびに惚れ惚れしてしまう上等なワインです。
2本目 アル・エ・ディレ ピノ・ネロ 2018 1,650円 ＋ 税
ハツラツとしたアロマ、ピュアな赤いベリー系の果実味とキレイな酸が見事にわき上がります。
ワタシはこういうピノノワールが飲みたい。と、いうピノ・ノワールです。
毎日、これでもいいです。きっと飲み飽きしません。
仕事柄、そうはいきませんけど。

I got very fresh fishes at Odakyu OX near my home.
Accidentally, I cooked Temaki-Sushi for the dinner today.
Delicious!
1st al & dile Pinot Grigio 2019 1650 yen + tax
I felt some white flower aroma, pure citrus and fine minerals.
I also felt some rich fruits flavor like a mature white peach or apricot.
It has very good balance of rich fruits and elegant minerals.
I always admire this Veneto white wine when I taste.
Delicious!
2nd al & dile Pinot Nero 2018 1650 yen + tax
I felt fresh aroma, charming red berries, fine acidity and elegant tannins.
It is the Pinot Noir that I want to drink.
I am very happy if I must taste only this red wine forever.
What a delicious Pinot Noir is this!
