パエリア風炊き込みご飯
我が家でパエリアといえば炊飯器の出番。
本物のバージンオリーブオイルとサフランも、たっぷり使った本格的な味わいです。
具材はすべて予め別に焼いています。でもご飯はやっぱり炊かなくちゃ。

駒園ヴィンヤード（旧社名 五味葡萄酒）は、山梨・塩山に1953年創業の名門ワイナリー。
ワイン醸造責任者の近藤さんは、自動車整備エンジニアからの転身という異色の経歴を持ちます。
醸造器具の修理メンテナスもお手の物。みんな自分で作ったり直してしまいます。
ブドウ栽培、ワイン造りにも独特のこだわりを持っていて、コツコツ、コツコツ、いつでもマメに働いています。
このポニー・シリーズは、新発売のワイナリーのセカンドラベルとなるブランドだそうです。
ポニーは仔馬の意味。なるほど駒の子供なんですね。
水のような透明な色合い、新鮮なフルーツのアロマは、酸素を完全に遮断した甲州のスタイル。
どこまでもピュアで自然な風味は、ワタシのツボの甲州です。美味しいです。とても美味しいです。
いや、さすが近藤さん、キレイなワインを造りますね。
これ、値段、安すぎませんか？
2本目 駒園ヴィンヤード ポニー・ルージュ 2019 1,480円 ＋ 税 サンプル試飲
赤は後から知ったのですが、ブラッククイーン100%だそうです。
日本の赤ワインとしてはしっかりとした厚みのあるボディ。
酸が穏やかに抑えられているので、ベリーＡとのブレンドかと思いました。
これも良いですね。ゆったりとした優雅な果実味が後から後から沸き上がってくる感じ。
雑味のない綺麗で穏やかな風味の赤ワインです。
赤も美味しいなあ。本当にセカンドラベルでいいのかなあ。
うーん、やっぱり値段、安すぎませんか？

At first, I grilled all ingredients except rice.
Then I mixed steamed rice with saffron and all ingredients.
It’s delicious!
1st Comazono Vineyard Pony Blanc 2019 1480 yen Sample Tasting
I was gifted this brand-new wine from the winery.
Comazono Vineyard is a small winery established in 1953 in Enzan Yamanashi.
Mr. Kondo, wine maker, has a unique carrier.
He used to be a car technician.
He can repair all wine making machines.
Also, he produces his wine very strictly. He always working at the vineyards and winery his alone.
It is made from 100% Koshu grown in Yamanashi.
I felt very fresh aroma, clear fruits, nice acidity and minerals.
It is a really pure style of Koshu wine.
The price is super reasonable.
Is it undersold?
2nd Comazono Vineyard Pony Rouge 2019 1480 yen Sample Tasting
The red is made from 100% Black Queen, which is Japanese hybrid grape variety.
I felt rich fruits, good acidity, mild tannin and comfortable after taste.
Black Queen often has too strong acidity but this one is very elegant.
I like this dense taste and flavor.
I am sure it is a very nice red wine made in Yamanashi.
Again, the price is super reasonable.
