午前中はずうっと庭の草むしり。
スギナと格闘です。今年も戦いが始まりました。
あとボトルの写真を撮るための、撮影スタンドが届きました。

1本目 チェスコン リボッラジャッラ 2018 1,000円 ＋ 税
イタリア・ヴェネト産のリボッラジャッラで仕込まれた白ワイン。
ピュアな果実味、透きとおるような酸にミネラル感。アルコール度数も11％と大変に
穏やか。
代表的なワタシ好みの味わいです。
ヴェネト州も新型コロナですごく大変みたいですが、ワイナリーのオーナーのアルベ
ルトと家族たちはみんな元気です。
2本目 マルキドボーラン ピノノワール 2017 1,000円 ＋ 税
ワタシ、これよく飲みます。これ毎日でもいいかな？
やさしい果実味、ピノならではのベリー系の酸とさらりとした口当たり。
ラングドックのピノノワールなのにアルコール度数が12.5％と低いのもうれしいで
す。
昨日の余市のピノノワールは、13％でしたっけ？
世界の潮流はブドウの糖からの自然なアルコールに向かっていると思います、ワタシ
は。

1st Cescon Ribola Gialla 2018 1000 yen + tax It is made from 100% Ribola Gialla grown in Veneto Italy.
I like the pure fruits, clean citrus and fine minerals.
The alcohol degree is 11%.

2nd Marquis de Beau Rond Pinot Noir 2017 1000 yen + tax I often drink this Pinot Noir at home recently.
I love this one.
I felt elegant fruits, nice berry’s acidity, soft tannin and comfortable mouthfeel.
It is just my favorite style, too.
The alcohol degree is only 12.5% even though it is made in Languedoc.
The Pinot Noir yesterday has 13% alcohol even though it is made in Hokkaido.
I want to say ” The natural alcohol is the world trend, I think.”
