恒例のアウトレットセール初日。
今日もたくさんのお客様にご来店いただきました。
ワタシ、重度の時差ボケで、ミスの連発でした。
今日は休肝日。

今日も重度の時差ボケ。突然睡魔に襲われます。
でも、お料理当番。
料理をしていると不思議に時差ボケが解消されます。
ホタルイカとスルメイカのお刺身
鰆のポワレ、蛤のワイン蒸し、シュリンプとホタテのソテー、ポテトグラタン添え
時差ボケを感じさせない見事な出来と自画自賛。
いや美味しいのよ、ほんとに。
1本目 ジューステンベルグ フェアヘッド 2016 1,900円 + 税
4日前に訪問したティレルのワイナリーの白ワインのトップキュヴェです。
とにかく密度の詰まった果実味と、研ぎ澄まされた複雑なミネラル感。
この値段をはるかに凌駕する品質だと思います。
ティレルに案内してもらった樹齢38年のシュナンブランとルーサンヌ、ヴィオニエのブレンド。
もちろん筋金入りのオーガニックワインです。
これは美味しい！ 本当に美味しいです！！
2本目 マルキドボーラン ピノノワール 2017 1,000円 ＋ 税
なんか優しいワインが飲みたくなって、これ抜きました。
ふうっ。ほっとします。
特にすごいわけでは全然ないのですが、本当にピュアでバランスが取れていて、やさしい味わい。
やっぱ、マルキドボーランはおいしいな。

1st Joostenberg Fairhead 2016 1900 yen + tax
It is the top white cuvee of Joostenberg in South Africa, which I visited to four days ago.
I love the great balance between super-dense fruits and tremendously sharp minerals.
It made from Roussanne, Viognier and Chenin Blanc grown by an organic method in the estate vineyards.
The price is incredibly cheap!
It is the best white wine for me in this year.
Ultra-Super delicious!
2nd Marquis de Beau Rond Pinot Noir 2017 1000 yen + tax
Because I want to taste some tender red wine, I chose this one.
It is not special wine but really tasty and easy to drink.
The style is just my favorite Pinot Noir.
The taste is really pure and well-balanced.
I love Marquis de Beau Rond, too!
