町田の名ワインバー “アンプティプー” でプライベートなワイン会を開催しました。
ご縁があってつながった9人のワイン好き。
本日が記念すべき、会の立ち上げ一回目。
ワインはアンプティプーのオーナー、野崎さんとワタシと、会の発起人の福富さんの3人のセレクション。
それぞれ、個性的なユニークなワインが、事前に申し合わせたかのように上手に集まりました。
アンプティプーはオーナーの野崎さんが、一人で料理とサービスを切り盛りしています。
お料理はどれもナチュラルで、工夫に満ちています。
どのお皿も最高に美味しい！
美味しいワインと、美味しい料理、愉快な仲間の集まりは、本当に楽しいです。
野崎さん、今日はありがとうございました。
皆さん、ありがとうございました。
第二回目の開催をまた楽しみにしています。

I organized a private wine party at Un Petit Per, a small wine bar in Machida.
Some of local wine lovers I Machida gathered there.
Mr. Fukutomi, who is the manager of the party, Ms. Nozaki, who is the owner & chef of Un Petit Per and I chose the wine today.
Very fine and unique wines were chosen.
Ms. Nozaki cooked all dishes and serve them and wines alone.
She is a super chef!
Every dish was very nice.
We enjoyed very nice dishes, fine wines and good talking.
It was a very nice wine party.
Let’s gather here again!
