多忙な休日。
朝からお昼までたっぷり3時間、庭の草むしり。
ちょっとサボっていたら、草ぼうぼう。
とても大変。
昼過ぎに、ワインセラーが到着。
77本入りのフォルスターの最新機種です。
カッコイイ。
ワインの整理に追われました。
で、買い物にでかけてお料理当番。
時間がなかったので、さくっと3品。

ステーキは、オージービーフ厚切り350ｇ。
今日はよく働いたのでさくっと頂きました。
ラグビー日本代表、強かった！！
1本目 小布施ワイン ソッガ ペールエフィス ソーヴィニヨンブラン オルディネール 2018
札幌のワインショップ・フジヰさんで、今月購入。
引き締まった果実味とミネラル感。
実に美味しい。
コルクはDIAM 10。
2本目 小布施ワイン ソッガ ペールエフィス シラー クロドカクトー 2017
これもフジヰさんで買いました。
このシラー、実に軽やかでチャーミング。
愛らしいブドウの果実の風味と、爽やかな酸味が絶妙のバランス。
シラーって、長野で造るとこんな表情も見せるんですね。
いや、これは素晴らしい。
コルクはなんとDIAM 30。
ってことは、曽我さん、これ30年熟成させるつもり？
うーん、ありかも。

It was a very busy day-off today.
At first, I weeded my garden for 3 hours in the morning.
After noon, I received a new wine cellar at my home.
Looks very nice.
Then I put my wine stock in order.
Then I went shopping and cooked a simple dinner.

1st Obuse Winery Sogga Pere et Fils Sauvignon Blanc Ordinaire 2018
I bought this one at Wine Shop Fujii in Sapporo.
Obuse is a very popular Japan Wine difficult to find.
I felt very elegant fruits, citrus and minerals.
It is an outstandingly nice Sauvignon Blanc.
Surprisingly, the winery uses DIAM 10 cork with this class of wine.
2nd Obuse Winery Sogga Pere et Fils Syrah Clos de Cacteau 2017
I bought this one at Wine Shop Fujii, too.
What a charming Syrah is this!!
I felt very fresh red fruits, beautiful berries, nice acidity and light tannins.
Syrah becomes such charming red wine in Japan, doesn’t it?
Amazing!
The winery uses DIAM 30!
Well, Sogga-san expects 30 years mature for this red wine, doesn’t him?
