アグー豚、とても美味しかったです。
1本目 ラクロワ グラシオ ピクプール ド ピネ 2017 1,480円
ウチの店で1500円までのワインなら何が一番好きですか？と、聞かれたらワタシは迷わずこのラングドックの白ワインと答えるでしょう。
上品で豊かな果実味、グレープフルーツを思わせる爽やかな酸と、海を感じるようなミネラル感。
実に良いワインです。
2本目 ラクロワ グラシオ ピノノワール 2016 2,200円
ラクロワ グラシオが少量のみ生産するピノノワールは、このワイナリーのトップキュヴェです。
ワインメーカーのアナイスさんが、手塩にかけて仕込んだこのワインは、やはり何とも言えなぬ特別感があります。
美しく、繊細かつ、深い味わい。
何度も何度も、グラスの中に潜む味わいを探しにいってしまいます。
これ、素晴らしく美味しいピノノワールです。

It is the top cuvee of the winery.
It is an outstandingly delicious Pinot Noir.
When I taste this one, I always find something new tastes.
It is really elegant, deep and complex.
It is one of the best Pinot Noir for me.
