今日もお料理当番。今週3回目です。

真鱈のムニエル、ブラックタイガーとホタテのソテー サフランライス添え
今日も大変よく出来ました。
１本目 アルファロワール パトドシャ シャルドネ ソーヴィニヨン 2017 1,350円
ロワール河中流域に位置する新進気鋭のワイナリーが仕込む白ワイン。
シャルドネのふくよかなフルーツ感とソーヴィニヨンのもつキレ味がとても良いバランスを生み出しています。
双方の“いいとこどり”です。
最初このブレンドありかな？ と思いましたが、十二分にありでした。
最近、ロワール地方を中心にこのシャルドネとソーヴィニヨンのブレンドが流行ってるみたいです。
気がつけば我が家の新定番、これおすすめです。
2本目 アルファロワール パトドシャ ピノノワール 2017 1,350円
これは、だれがなんと言ってもピノノワールです。
ピノノワールの良さが余すところなく表現された冷涼系ピノノワール。
濃さはありませんが、チャーミングな赤い果実味ときれいな酸、ピノならではのミネラル感がたっぷり。
このスタイルのピノノワールをこの価格で飲めるのは、ピノ好きにとってはうれしい限りだとワタシは思います。
残念ながら売切れ欠品となってしまいました。
次回入荷は、6月上旬くらいかな。

1st Alpha Loire Pate de Chat Chardonnay-Sauvignon 2017 1350 yen
It is made from 50% Chardonnay and 50% Sauvignon Blanc grown in the middle Loire Valley.
It has rich fruits from Chardonnay and fine minerals from Sauvignon Blanc.
It is very well-balanced.
When I found this blend first time, I felt something strange.
However, I think it is a very nice blend at last.
They say you can find many the same blend in Loire Valley in these days.
I want to recommend this for all.
2nd Alpha Loire Pate de Chat Pinot Noir 2017 1350 yen
I am sure that it is a real Pinot Noir.
I think everybody says it is a Pinot Noir when drinking.
It perfectly has all of the Pinot Noir’s goodnesses.
I like the charming red berries, fine acidity and good minerals.
It is a very nice that you can taste such fine Pinot Noir with this reasonable price.
Unfortunately, it has become out of stock.
The next arrivals are expected on next June.
