今日はお休み。
好天に誘われて、この時期毎年恒例の大山詣りに出かけました。
ケーブルカーで登って、阿夫利神社と大山寺へお参り。
今年は、ちょうど見事な紅葉の時期に当たりました。
キレイです。
山を降りて、コマ参道の宿坊で名物の豆腐会席をいただきました。
美味しかったです。
家に帰ってお料理当番。
メジマグロと真鯛のお刺身

上々の出来です。
1本目 ドメーヌノゼ サンセール 2017
やっぱりノゼのサンセールは美味しいです。
澄みきった果実味、キレのあるミネラル感の奥に蜂蜜を思わせる香ばしい風味。
いや、美味しい。
2本目 ルイ ジャド ペルナン ヴェルジュレス イル デ ヴェルジュラス 2013
ルイ ジャドを飲むのは久しぶり。
鴨のローストなので、やっぱりブルゴーニュですよね。
さすがにルイ ジャドはハズしません。
豊かな果実味、キレいな熟成感、エレガントな酸味。
とてもバランスのよいブルゴーニュです。
期待通り、鴨にはぴったりでした。

It was a day-off.
I went to Mt. Oyama.
It was so fine day.
I enjoyed a nice mountain atmosphere very much.
I went to the shrine and the temple at the mountain.
I saw very beautiful colored leaves.
I had Tofu cuisine lunch, which is a specialty dishes in Oyama.
They were so nice.
After I came back home, I cooked a part of dinner.

1st Domaine du Nozey Sancerre 2017
Nozey’s Sancerre is always special.
Really tasty!
I like the clean fruits, fine acidity, and nice minerals very much.
It is not an only crisp wine but also complex-deep-rich white wine.
Very delicious!
2nd Louis Jadot Pernand-Vergelesses Ile des Vergelesses 2013
For me, duck needs fine Burgundy Pinot Noir.
Then I open this fine Louis Jadot.
I felt very rich fruits, nice red berries, silky tannin and elegant after taste.
It is a very fine Burgundy.
Yes, I was right.
It was very good for the duck today.
