今日はお休み。朝は庭の草むしり。
2時間ほど頑張って汗びっしょり。
悲劇はこのあと起こりました。
汗にまみれたジャージを洗濯したのですが、ポケットにiPone を入れっぱなし。
水没。。。。
3時間くらいしたら何とか電源が入りました。
不幸中の幸い、データはバックアップできましたが、画面はゆらゆら。だめだこりゃ。
気を取り直してお料理当番。手巻き寿司。
イナダ、天然真鯛、鯵などを捌きました。
手巻き寿司はおいしいです。
1本目 安心院ワイン イモリ谷 シャルドネ 2016 3,200円 新入荷
待望の安心院ワインが入荷しました。
大分県安心院盆地で“いいちこ”の三和酒類が経営するワイナリー。
九州を代表する、いや日本を代表する銘醸ワイナリーの一つです。
先月、熊本で開催された九州ワインシンポジウムで、ワインメーカーの古屋さんとの出会いが念願のお取引につながりました。
イモリ谷シャルドネは、樽発酵・樽熟成を経た本格派。
南の産地とは思えぬ冷涼で新鮮な果実味に、シトラス系の酸とミネラル感。
控えめな樽発酵のニュアンスも心地よいです。
うーん、やっぱ安心院のシャルドネは素晴らしいです。
押し付けがましさがいっさいなく、控えめかと思えば見事な存在感。
これ、本当に素晴らしい日本のシャルドネです。
2本目 朝日町ワイン 柏原ヴィンヤード遅摘み 2017 1,620円
山形・朝日町ワインの契約栽培地“柏原”は、標高の高さからブドウの収穫が最も遅いエリアです。
ここでマスカットベーリーAを11月上旬までひっぱって完熟した状態で仕込んだのがこれ。
3年前の11月にワイナリーを訪問したときに、この柏原のベーリーＡの収穫に立ち会ったことがありますが、小粒で凝縮したブドウに驚いたことをよく覚えています。
味わいは濃厚なくだもの感と極めて豊かでエレガントな酸。
その味わいのキメの細かさと凝縮感に驚きます。
キャンディー香は皆無。ブラインドだったらベーリーＡとはまず言わないだろうな。
現地で飲むラングドックの自然派のグルナッシュにこんな感じのワインがあったかも。
これ、この間の日本ワインコンクールの交配品種部門で、トロフィーを取ってしまい、あっという間に売切れてしまいました。
それにしても、この1,620円っていう値段もないわな。
ワタシ、これなら3,000円以上でも買いますわ。

It was a day-off.
I pulled up the weeds in my garden in the morning.
I did the job for two hours.
I broke a sweat very much.
Then I was hit with a tragedy.
I did the laundry my punts with my iPhone.
Oh! No!
I felt down a lot but I cooked dinner, Temaki-Sushi.
Very good!
1st Ajimu Wine Imoridani Chardonnay 2016 3200 yen New Arrivals
Ajimu Wine is located in Oita and one of the top wineries in Kyushu.
The wine is difficult to find in Tokyo.
I managed to get the new business relationship with the winery.
This Chardonnay is fermented and matured in French oak cusk.
I felt very elegant fruits, fine citrus, comfortable minerals and long after taste.
It is an outstanding Chardonnay in Japan, I think.
Delicious!!
2nd Asahimachi Wine Kashiwara Vineyard Late Harvest 2017 1620 yen
It is made from 100% Muscat Bailey-A grown in Asahimachi Yamagata.
Because the vineyard is located at high altitude, the grapes were harvested late November.
All of the grapes matured perfectly.
I felt very concentrated fruits, dense acidity, silky tannin and fine minerals.
It is an outstanding Muscat Bailey-A, I think.
I am sure it is difficult to say that it is Muscat Bailey-A if I taste this by blind.
Delicious!!
This red wine got the trophy award of Japan Wine Competition 2018.
Unfortunately, it has already been out of stock.
